Travis, from Rudy's Plumbing and Heating, serviced our heater today. Travis was neatly dressed, friendly and courteous. He applied shoe covers before entering our home and brought his own vacuum cleaner with him. He quickly got to work, after protecting our flooring within the workspace. Travis kept us informed as to his procedure and findings and gave us an evaluation when he was finished - our heater is in good working order. And he cleaned up after himself before leaving. We were very pleased and satisfied with Travis and would not hesitate to recommend Travis or Rudy's Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of their services in the future.

They were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. Daniel arrived on time and worked diligently to diagnose the problem and double check everything to make sure no issues were missed. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk through the issue and how he fixed it with us. He also cleaned the fireplace and made it look brand new. Travis was a great tech. He was on time, showed me everything he was doing and explained it so I could understand. Did a great job cleaning the furnace, and came back immediately the next morning to repair a loose wire issue. Prompt and friendly, I highly recommend.

My wife and I needed to replace our 30 y/o furnace in our house at South Lake Tahoe. We reached out to several hvac companies in the area with mixed results. Some responded that it would be several weeks to a month before they could help us. One seemed really expensive when you google the average cost of a system based on square footage. Rudy’s Plumbing, Heating & Fireplaces came out, gave us a reasonable bid and said they could start work in a week. We decided to accept their bid and were pleased with their work in a timely manner. In 3 days they removed all old duct piping from under our house and replace it with new insulated ducting, a new forced air furnace with Wi-Fi controls allowing us to adjust the temp from anyplace with Wi-Fi capabilities. I give them an A++.

As with any service industry, Rudy's is always busy. But if they say they will be there, they will. They have helped me with many plumbing and gas fire place issues. I give them 5 stars because they deserve them!

Rudy's sent two technicians out today for a propane heater tune up. They did a great job and fixed two small problems with the unit while they were there. I highly recommend their service!

Overall the service from Rudy's was great. Techs Bart and Travis arrived on-time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our boiler heater system, and then made repairs. They were efficient and cleaned up when done. Rudy's is a local South Shore company and I would recommend them to others in the SLT area.

Rudy's provided excellent service for our furnace that was not putting out any heat. They came same day and determined the issue.
