I heard there is a new owner and they are doing a “Furnace Service” special so I called them to schedule. Scheduling was easy. The tech showed up as scheduled. Travis was professional, friendly and very thorough. I appreciate learning and Travis was helpful & knowledgeable to show me some basics to keep an eye on and explained to me why regular service was so important. My furnace was also acting a little funny before he came & since the service it’s working like new again! (Dirty fuel sensor). I highly recommend Rudy’s and will be using this service as needed in the future. Great value and service!

My gas fireplace stopped working so we called Rudy’s for help. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional at every interaction. They were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. Daniel arrived on time and worked diligently to diagnose the problem and double check everything to make sure no issues were missed. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk through the issue and how he fixed it with us. He also cleaned the fireplace and made it look brand new. Overall the service from Rudy's was great. Techs Bart and Travis arrived on-time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our boiler heater system, and then made repairs. They were efficient and cleaned up when done. Rudy's is a local South Shore company and I would recommend them to others in the SLT area.

The problem was fixed correctly the first time.

Rudy's provided excellent service for our furnace that was not putting out any heat. They came same day and determined the issue. The Rep needed to order a part, which came in early the next day and he came to replace it early in the morning which resolved the issue. Thanks so much for the quick, great service!

Rudys purchased installed a new heating unit in our home. They had great communication with us throughout the process. Casey, in particular, was wonderful to work with although our interactions with Kitty & Travis was polite & professional as well. Definitely would recommend Rudys to others.

My wife and I needed to replace our 30 y/o furnace in our house at South Lake Tahoe. We reached out to several hvac companies in the area with mixed results. Some responded that it would be several weeks to a month before they could help us. One seemed really expensive when you google the average cost of a system based on square footage. Rudy’s Plumbing, Heating & Fireplaces came out, gave us a reasonable bid and said they could start work in a week. We decided to accept their bid and were pleased with their work in a timely manner. In 3 days they removed all old duct piping from under our house and replace it with new insulated ducting, a new forced air furnace with Wi-Fi controls allowing us to adjust the temp from anyplace with Wi-Fi capabilities. I give them an A++.
