When winter is at your door, a fully functional heating system is essential — and Tiger Shark HVAC delivers a comprehensive suite of heating services. Whether your system is a gas or oil-fired furnace, a heat pump or a hydronic boiler, our service begins with an in-depth inspection: we examine heat-exchanger condition, venting and flue integrity, burner operation, ignition timing, flame quality, blower motor performance and refrigerant flow (on heat pumps).

We also measure fuel-to-air ratio, test carbon-monoxide levels (where applicable), verify AFUE rating targets are being approached, throttles and controls are functioning, and the system is free of airflow restrictions, blocked flues or worn safety devices. If any part fails inspection we’ll provide transparent repair or replacement recommendations. After repair, we perform system start-up, monitor temperature rise across the heat exchanger, ensure supply and return duct temperatures meet specification and validate thermostat control.

Our maintenance plans include seasonal check-ups, filter replacement, combustion-system tune-up, refrigerant verification (for heat pumps), and overall energy-use optimization to keep your heating system running efficiently and safely for years.
